good job! do you find it a 'chore' to drink water? I have to remind myself...just never liked it....but give me a jug of java, and I'm a happy camper.

That's a good question, Linny and I don't aim for a certain amount of water intake each day. I average about 70 oz a day...just due to some of my routines. I always, always have a cup of warm lemon water as soon as I wake up. I drink another cup or 2 before I break my fast with a protein veggie shake which I add 3 cups of water too. So by noon I am at 48 ounces. I sip on water throughout the afternoon and have another 2 cups with dinner. So...again...just by nature of my routine I am able to get that in. If I had to drink more...it might become a tad more difficult for sure! I'm 135 lbs so I really am not sure how much water I should be drinking. I don't enjoy flooding myself...that's for sure!

Thanks Sup... I have heard that it's good to start your day with warm lemon water...not sure why, but hey, I have a bunch of lemons in the frig, so might as well give it a go! I can drink it while waiting for my coffee to brew!! :o) I think I only drink about 40 oz...need to up it. Thanks again for your input!
