Ugh, my own fault for looking at the scale every day. Keeps me on track but when it goes up and I have not cheated once, very mindful and journaling everything that hits my mouth it is a disappointment. Yes I know a recipe for failure.

This small a change is probably just the scale being obstinate!! Don't worry about it, stay with your plan and weigh again in a day or so -- you'll probably be pleasantly surprised!! Don't give up!!!!
