Cheated big time at dinner last night with hubby. All my good intentions just went down the drain. It is so much easier to stay on plan during the week than it is on the weekend.
Tomorrow starts the beginning of another round for me. My goal is to be more diligent and more focused! The goal is to get down to 175. That means I need to loose another 17 pounds.
My other goal is to try to fit in an early morning walk at least 3 days a week before I go off to work.
