Work is brutal and I want to stress eat but I won't. Workout was good - I am amazed at how sweaty you get lifting weights. I think I will take a walk today after work since it is unseasonably warm here today!
Today is a fast day.

Resist the stress eat. Can you take a walk during work for 10 minutes - call it your equivalent of a smoke break. Keep strong - make us proud.

OK FS Buddies thanks! So far I have been glued to my desk but I did work out this morning. I am thinking of taking a walk tonight when I get home!

Unseasonably warm here in Missouri too. Felt strange today, so close and muggy. Then storms this evening, but still warm afterward. I'll take it over the cold for sure!

Tomorrow is going to be cooler here in coastal Carolina tomorrow.....I am SO ready for a real autumn! It was 82 and sunny for the funeral I officiated today. Pleasant for the folks attending, but not seasonal at all. GO BEAST!
