A whole kilo down this week. Happy happy happy. The Bellicon rebounder is definitely worth the price for me. I have never found exercise fun until now. Diet is going reasonably well, I still have a lot of reading and fine tuning to do, aswell as new recipes to learn. Hubby was not the greatest fan of this weeks cabbage wraps =( He weighs in at 92.5 this week, which means he lost a kilo too!
