l am surprised by any weight loss this morning. Yesterday was a bad day, eating-wise and stress-wise. In reality, I lost more weight yesterday morning and gained a small bit back today, but still a net loss over 2 days. I had one bad meal yesterday as we took my daughter to get a treat after an urgent care trip, but I limited it to only one bad item (it was pretty bad, but satisfied my craving for a tasty bacon cheeseburger), and got a salad instead of fries. In the past, I would have just said forget it after the bad meal and vowed to start fresh again after the weekend, but ate well again last night and again this morning. Sadly, I also learned yesterday that they make walking boots for 2-year olds. Hopefully, she won't have to wear it long so she can get back to her swimming lessons and other activities.
