I THINK this might just be normal day to day fluctuations, but I haven't been eating that well, so who knows. I do know that weight training is really boosting my metabolism because I've been eating very poorly and not having large gains so far. I know I shouldn't bank on that though.

Try setting a couple of better days per week, not the whole hog but having one or two really good days will help boost things along. This weight could easily be fluctuations. XX
