I think what they say is true; that when you log in your food, you certainly tend to eat less. I have tried not logging in my food lately with the notion that I, by now, should have a good grasp on what to eat but I'm up a few pounds so I really need to get back to being specific about what I am eating. I certainly have changed my overall eating habits for the good, but I can see that I will gain if I am not careful.
