Finally i got over my plateu, I when up 1 pound over the week end and then tuesday and wendsday i did not loose any weight untill today i lost 1.6 pounds!!!! yes finally i did it, and i will keep looing then after that i loose and go to p90x and do my 90 days, i just need my husband to stay out for at least 2 to 3 weeks to start my routine then after that, i believe it will be easier. all will have to do it tone up and get some musle and why no loose a little more. I think i will start doing all that untill i hit the 115 mark and i buy shakeology so i start on the right path, i will be looking hot naked by the end of the year and i will be wearing the bathing suit i have always wanted on august for my birth day.:)))))
