I've been feeling very bloated and toxic, eating so much meat and fat on Primal Blueprint. Also, not really losing weight, even though I follow it fairly closely. Don't want to go back to grains and legumes, except in tiny amounts, since they definitely upset my digestion and make me tired. I'll try raw fruits & vegetables for awhile, with the emphasis on raw fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds, and as little animal protein and legumes as possible.
Added on 4/9: Started the raw food diet, yesterday, and it's definitely cleaning me out. Eyes look a little less puffy, and hands not swollen so much, already. Hardly slept because of all the sugar in the fruit I ate, but I don't really feel any worse than I have been.
