Didn't do the melba toast yesterday. But did one today so I'll see how that effects stuff.
Didn't go for a walk yesterday and don't know if that affected the weight or not. Didn't have a loss so we'll see how tomorrow goes.
I know a lot of my problem is I need to have regular BM's. Despite taking stuff my body just doesn't move properly while on HCG.
