Weight was the same. Yesterday, followed plan well. Came in around 22 nc and around 10 Foundation veggies.

This morning...didn't have time for breakfast, so I stopped at DD (bad girl!) and got a sausage, egg and cheese on an english. Was tasty. Will be good the rest of the day. At least I didn't get a bagel! That would have pushed my blood sugar up big time! (And I WANTED one!!!!)
