I thought I'd give you all a good look at me...before and during. I'm not sure of my weight in the before pic, because I never weighed back then. But I know I was over 200, because clothes that fit me when I started this (at 200) were too tight when this pic was taken.

Thanks, y'all! I was pretty amazed at the side-by-side comparison. I was happy, because my friend was talking like a fashion photographer..."Work it, baby, Oh yeah, that's the money shot, you're hothothot!" LOL! But I have to say, even if I didn't LOOK any different, the difference in how I feel makes every minute worth it. I'm curious to see what the next 16 lbs looks like, but I know I will continue to shun wheat and sugar for the rest of my life. How I feel at 60 is SO better than how I felt at 50. Who knows? When I reach my current goal, I might just set a new one to match my lowest of 135.
