Hi -- I've never heard of this website, I just stumbled across it yesterday when googling sonoma diet recipes. This looks pretty cool. I'm a work from home mom and I've been putting my life on hold until I lose weight, and that's been 10 years of waiting! No wonder I've been gaining the whole time. If you stop living your life, what is left to do but eat??? I can't believe I've done this to myself. Well, I need to stop beating myself up and go from point a to point b with no falling off the wagon excuses. I'm starting March 1 because I need a few days to get the book and a meal plan together.
