Bowed to the pressure, and went to Applebee's for lunch. I enjoyed it, but I won't enjoy working it off. At least I had chicken, and for that, I have eaten almost 100g of protein today. Gotta get to the gym tonight and work some of this off.

Skipped run this morning. I've done 4 in the last 3 days. Might hit the gym later for a light workout, or a bike ride.
