Walked 2 minute warm-up at 3.5 MPH, 2.0 incline.
Ran for 30 minutes, no incline (4.5 MPH for the first mile in 13:20, 5.0 MPH for the second mile in 12:00, and increased my speed .5 MPH every minute, until I reached 30 minutes).
5 minute cool down.
Total time: 37 minutes.
I felt really good, and did not tire after mile one, like I normally do.

I ate well for breakfast, and morning snack. However, I ate Mexican food at lunch (Chimichanga, and spanish rice).
Protein shake for afternoon snack.
Turkey wrap (low cal tortilla, spinach, turkey, spicy mustard)
Yogurt pretzels for night-time snack. Sugar was my enemy on this snack.

Walked warm-up for 10 minutes at 3.5 mph, on a 2.0 incline.
Jogged 20 minutes at 4.5 mph, on a 0.0 incline.
Cool down for 5 minutes.
Total time: 35 minutes

Walked 10 minutes on treadmill at 3.5 mph.
Ran for 5 minutes on treadmill at 4.5 mph.
Walked 10 minutes on treadmill at 3.5 mph.
Ran for 5 minutes, starting at 5mph, and increasing .5/hr each minute.
Walked cool down for 5 minutes.
Total time on treadmill: 35 minutes
