One week in and pleased with the result. I’ve had a few days of not being hungry so hardly ate, which has kick started the journey, bit of fluid in this loss as well, So, can I get rid of a kg a week till the new year? Let’s give it a try.

Day 6. Good result, just haven’t been hungry so haven’t eaten. Only wine. Feel weak today. Could be the heat, the exercise or no food. Probably all of the above. Will have a lie down.n then make brunch.

Day 3 had no food, just a chicken sandwich for lunch and a banana. Wasn’t hungry last night so a couple of glasses of wine. Did the trick today on the scale. Came in lower than 89 but don’t want to feel defeated when it goes back lol. So day. 4 , still not hungry, wine tonight but will eat tea.

Day 3 went bad in the end. A couple wines and a huge headache. The scales are weird, jumping from 83 to 86 and then 89. I think fluid is a problem so plenty today. I feel thinner, my a mm, that counts.

No scales in the hotel so just have to trust that I’m doing the right thing. Probably shouldn’t be weighing every day anyway. So today is day 2. I’ve been doing computer training for over 10 hours today. No chance for a walk, but I didn’t get a chance to be hungry either. Had high protein toast for brekkie so that helps. I really pushed the walking in the pool tonight. My legs and arms are so tired after only half an hour. I could walk around the hotel compound but feel a bit weird walking past everyone’s rooms, so I am resting with a cup of tea. I will weigh myself when I get home in 2 days. I hope the result gives me some motivation to stay strong. Will spend some time tonight working out some meal plans for the next week .
