Sad day.
Tomorrow I am giving away my cat. :( He isn't doing well with the move and he can't live here anymore. He scratches the furniture and the carpets. He attacks any guests we have over and every morning he scratches my roommates door at a stupid hour (4:30 AM yesterday argh) and wakes us up. I've given him a month to adjust to the new place and to stop all these habits but its only getting worse. So, my dad is going to take him. At least he is not going to some sort of shelter or anything. I had people come to look at him to adopt him but he is actually a mean cat. He hisses and swats and meows angrily at anyone that comes in. He has injured me and more than one of my friends before. I have friends that refuse to come over BECAUSE of the cat. But I still love him and I am still sad he is leaving :(

Another day, another dollar! :)
Yesterday wasn't bad, I guess. That muffin I ate really killed my cals and my points :( And then I was hungry later so I had a sandwich so I went over my points :(. Oh well. It wasn't too bad I guess. Could have been a lot of worse.
As for my goals, I have definitely upped my water intake (so annoying, I have to pee every two minutes!). I did the 30 Day Shred once and plan on doing it when I get home later. And I dunno how much I weigh right now. I'm afraid the 30 Day Shred will make me gain weight because of muscles :(. But, I can REALLY feel it. Awesome workout. I was dripping with sweat by the end.
Tomorrow is my housewarming party. CAN'T WAIT!! :)
Today I am going to court to observe (I am studying to become a paralegal). The judge is my professor and one of the lawyers is another of my professors. Should be pretty interesting. i hope it's a good case. Last year I sat in on a high profile murder case. That was awesome.

Update: 30 Day Shred done again today. 2/3 days done for this week. It huuuurts haha

Today was weigh in day. I am down another 1.2lbs and I feel great. My lowest weight within the last five years was 174lbs and I am getting closer to that every week! I have decided that on Wednesdays I will make mini goals for myself to follow for the rest of the week.

This week's mini goals:
-drink more water this week! - Kinda slacked on that the past week..especially the last few days.
-I want to be at 20lbs lost by Good Friday (April 2) (2.8 lbs away)
-Do the 30 Day Shred at least 3 times this week

There. Those are my mini goals for the next little while. Shouldn't be too hard, right?

I have two big days of temptation coming my way though along with a weekend of crap eating.

1. My housewarming party on Saturday. I am going to have snacks (veggies and dip, cheese and crackers, type stuff). I will make sure to eat before the party as to not over indulge.

2. EASTER. Argh. It's like Thanksgiving. But in April. This one will be hard. Grandma's cooking. Remember, nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

3. My parents. I will be going home for Easter weekend and my parents eat shit. They eat out at least twice a day. There is NOTHING healthy there for me to eat. I have no idea how I am to survive. Maybe I can get them to take me to the grocery store and I can buy some stuff. I really hope Easter weekend doesn't seriously ruin my progress.

Baaah....off to school now. Luckily, it's a ten minute walk to the bus stop. Get that little bit of movement in my day before I climb to the third floor to get to my classroom hahaha. Have a good day everyone!
