This weight loss thing is definitely a journey. I have noticed a significant change in the way I feel and the way my body feels after I started eating healthier. I'm not as tired, I wake up early, I have energy and I am generally a lot happier in my day to day life. However, all these fruits and vegetables are pretty expensive. Does anyone have any tips to cut costs?
Also, (TMI ahead) today is the first day of my period. How will this affect my weight loss, I wonder. Will it slow it? Speed it up? Have no affect? (Pretty sure I am using the wrong affect/effect there.) I am down 16 lbs and my ultimate goal is to be at 170lbs by June 7th. I think it is doable. It means I have approximately ten weeks to lose 14 lbs.
Also, do people use this as an actual journal...for feelings and stuff or do most people only stick to weight issues? Hmmmm...I guess it is my journal so I can do whatever I want in here.
Tonight is sushi night. :) Should be a good time. Keeping the lunch and breakfast light (gonna have salad for lunch and I already ate breakfast) to offset the sushiness which will come.
Alright, this journal is long enough now. I dunno how comfortable I am writing more hahah.

I am going to eat really well today to make up for tomorrow. A bunch of friends and I are going out for all-you-can eat sushi and I am sure it won't be good for the waistline. I will definitely eat my Special K in the morning and have a healthy snack before I go but eeeek....sushi. :-S. I am looking forward to seeing my friends, though :). Been kinda down lately.
P.S. Weighing yourself is addictive. I know I should only weigh myself like once a week or something around there but I want to do it everyday. I am going to hold out and weight myself on Wednesday morning, as usual.

I have recalculated my WW points and I am now down to 24 points as opposed to the 26 I was at before. I gotta remember that when I am calculating! I have four points left for the day and I am hungry. I am going to eat some low point food but I can't figure out what I want right now.

Is the calorie counter on this right? I feel like I have been eating non stop all day and I'm still not at my recommended WW points. wtf.
