Hello Folks:
Step by step - the combo of 1500 calorie + lower carb (around 50 net) seems to have a big impact.
Last night I almost jumped over the edge. I have no idea why? I thought I wanted to just sit down and eat this giant cinnamon bun and milk and pierogies and... I stopped myself and got a 10 oz piece of breaded, fried fish. I covered it in hot sauce and ate it in the car. And, my thoughts of craziness went away.
I have to remember what strategies work when I get "crazy". I should print them on a card, laminate it and carry it in my wallet.
