Ok, so that chocolate strawberry caught up to me. Maybe I also had a little too much soy sauce last night with my sushi. No excuses. I enjoyed it.

Doing good. I have found that I can eat the Sugar free jello as a treat. I had to have 2 yesterday. I actually stopped at the store to buy a few things and my hand picked up some candy that I love. I looked at the calories, fat, and the sugar, and decided that the sugar free jello would be just as yummy. IT WAS! and I still managed to loose half a pound.
Resistance is not futile!

Finally those pounds came off!
Now, on to the beginning of Phase 3. I am so looking forward to adding food back in starting this Saturday.

Up down up down....arrrgggghhh!
Ok, enough of the venting!
Took my last drops today. Starting 3 days of the continued 500 calorie diet tomorrow. Saturday will be the first day on Phase 3.
