Since I just started up walking again I can feel it in my leg muscles. I know that working up to working out again is going to be a slow process. I have decided that I am going to only 10 more days on the sub lingual. That would put me at 40 days total for 1 round. I will then go off the HCG for 40 days or 6 weeks.
At that point I intend to add in more calories, no sugar or starches and begin my running again.

My plan is to eat seafood all this week as my primary source of protein. Gonna see if that doesn't help get some more pounds off.

Cheated big time at dinner last night with hubby. All my good intentions just went down the drain. It is so much easier to stay on plan during the week than it is on the weekend.
Tomorrow starts the beginning of another round for me. My goal is to be more diligent and more focused! The goal is to get down to 175. That means I need to loose another 17 pounds.
My other goal is to try to fit in an early morning walk at least 3 days a week before I go off to work.
