I needed to know if it was worth it to keep going on this plan, because I was feeling hungry :) I just have to honor my hunger with nutritious food rather than throwing in the towel!

Well my first week back on this was not as I expected. It was harder than usual to prepare food. I had late meals and too many carbs. If I had to pick the worst part was not drinking enough water. I gained 0.8 pounds. I know that could be water weight but still I know I could have done better. This week my #1 priority is going to make sure I drink enough water. Not just for hydration but to keep my oxygen flowing much better.

Welcome 2023...today I attempted to reboot my mindset, because Motivation comes and goes AND what I need is to become consistent. It wasn't the perfect day I imagined it "should" be, but it wasn't horrible either. I really need to accept that this isn't going to be easy, and I have to be able to stay grounded when the "temptation" strikes again- Or when old habits of self-defeat try to keep me cheating on myself.
