Yesterday was a disaster, foodwise, and I don't really know why I did it. I had the day's meals planned out in my head but when I was shopping I picked up a tube of Pringles in a moment of madness - and apart from a few that my daughter had, I finished them by the time I went to bed. That has to be around 1000 calories for the tube, not to mention the high salt and fat content.

Today I feel bloated, my mouth is dry, and I'm way up on the scales, to 57.6.

Thankfully, today is a fast day, so with loads and loads of water and some exercise I should be able to limit any real damage.

What an idiot! Why do I (we) keep making these senseless food choices, even after we've re-educated our bodies to expect better? I know from experience how much better I feel all round when I eat well, so why do I still occasionally sabotage that? I really don't have an answer.
